All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Anticlan.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice
In the event of obvious pricing errors, technical issues, or system malfunctions, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund
Payments must be completed using authorized payment methods through secure, PCI-compliant systems

All payment data is encrypted using SSL technology to protect your information.

5. Order Processing, Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Risk of Loss:

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Anticlan is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund requests are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

In general:

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with packaging intact
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue resulted from our error
Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

Text, images, graphics, logos
Product photos and videos
Design layouts and branding elements

is the intellectual property of Anticlan or is used under proper authorization.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of Site content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Anticlan does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free access
That the Site will always be free from bugs or technical issues

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anticlan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
