This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing Timelines

All orders require a processing period of 2–5 business days before shipment.

Business Days:

Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders placed after 7:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.

Weekend Orders:

Orders placed on Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday or the next available business day.

Specialized Order Processing

Custom & Personalized Items

Orders involving custom prints, personalized designs, or special production requests may require an additional 1–3 business days for artwork setup and production verification.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk or wholesale orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days for processing, depending on inventory availability and production capacity.

Daily Processing Cut-Off

The daily cut-off time for same-day order processing is 7:00 PM (EST).

Orders received after this time are automatically scheduled for the next business day.

Shipping Carriers & Partners

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, Anticlan works with trusted national carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL (available for select regions and expedited services)

Carrier selection may vary based on order size, destination, and shipping method chosen.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat-rate domestic shipping: $6.99 USD
  • Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Non-Serviceable Locations

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, etc.)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

We continuously review logistics options and may expand service coverage in the future.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system after notification is sent.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During major holidays and peak seasons (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s), processing and transit times may be delayed due to high shipping volumes.

Recommendation:

For time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance of major holidays or national events.
