I. Order Modification & Cancellation Window
At Anticlan, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes shortly after placing an order. To ensure accuracy while maintaining fast processing times, we offer a limited adjustment window.
A. 4-Hour Adjustment Period
Customers may request order cancellation or modification within 4 hours of successfully placing an order.
This time frame exists because our automated production and fulfillment process begins shortly after checkout.
How to submit a request:
- Submit a support ticket via the Contact Us page on anticlan.com, or
- Send a detailed request email to support@anticlan.com
Important timing note:
The official request time is determined by the timestamp of the support ticket or email received. Requests must be submitted within the 4-hour window to be considered valid.
B. Requests After the 4-Hour Window
Once the 4-hour adjustment period has passed, the order is assumed to have entered production, processing, or packaging.
- No further changes or cancellations can be guaranteed after this point
- This includes changes to size, color, quantity, shipping method, or address
If an order proceeds to shipment due to a delayed request:
- The customer remains responsible for the full purchase amount
- Any desired changes must follow our standard return process, including applicable return shipping costs
Strict adherence to this timeframe ensures efficiency and order accuracy for all customers.
II. Shipping Address Accuracy & Liability
Accurate delivery depends entirely on the information provided at checkout.
A. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for verifying that all shipping details are correct before completing their order, including:
- Street address
- Apartment, unit, or suite number (if applicable)
- City, state, and ZIP/postal code
B. Address-Related Delivery Issues
Anticlan is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Typographical errors entered during checkout
Additional conditions:
- If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer must cover reshipment costs
- If a package is lost or abandoned because of incorrect address information, no refund or replacement will be issued
- Once tracking is assigned and the order is in transit, Anticlan cannot modify delivery details
For post-shipment changes, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS, FedEx, etc.). Carrier fees and policies apply.
